Make easy-peazy work of the 'La Passacaglia' pattern by Willyne Hammerstein with this set of pre-cut paper pieces and Acrylic Fussy Cutting Templates!
Note: The Quilt Pattern (or book) is NOT included!!!
The original size of the shapes from the book is approximately 1.25 inches.
We currently offer 3 sizes to choose from: 1.25 inch, 1.5 inch and 2 inch.
What does this mean?
- If you use the 1.25 inch paper size your finished quilt will be similar to the size of the original quilt (as the pattern is in the book).

If you decide to use the larger size paper pieces then the overall quilt will be larger:
- With the 1.5 inch sized papers the overall quilt will be approximately 1.8 x 2.2 m (as the pattern stands)
- with the 2 inch sized papers the overall quilt will be approximately 2.3 x 2.8 m (as the pattern stands). You can of course make it smaller by changing the border sizes or omitting some pattern parts - or you could just do one large central rosette! :-)
We offer the sets of paper pieces in two packet sizes:
- A set of small packets, so that you can try them out and see if you like the pattern (without investing a fortune). The number of paper pieces for each shape is between 50-100 pieces.
- A set of large packets, which contains 200-300 pieces of each shape
Like all our paper pieces, the papers can be re-used several times and we always encourage the removal of papers when they are 'stitched in' (sewn to adjacent shapes on ALL sides). :-)
