Acrylic Fussy-cutting Template 'Long Hexagon'

‘Long Hexagons’ are Hexagons that have been stretched in length only!

Long Hexagons have kept the characteristic angles of the original Hexagon shape. This means they will tessellate with Hexagons and 60 deg Diamonds and Triangles! They are great in Scrap-Quilts that use as many different fabrics as possible.

We measure the size of our Long Hexagon shapes by the length of the LONG edge and they are available as Acrylic templates in 4 sizes:

• 0.5" short side  x  1" (2.5 cm) on the LONG side with 1/4" seam allowance
• 0.5" short side  x  1.5" (3.8 cm) on the LONG side with 1/4"seam allowance
• 0.75" short side  x  2" (5.1 cm) on the LONG side with 1/4" seam allowance
• 1"short side  x  2" (5.1 cm) on the LONG side with 3/8th" seam allowance
• 1.5"short side  x  3" (7.5 cm) on the LONG side with 3/8th" seam allowance
