45 degree Isosceles

Fancy making a Kaleidoscope quilt pattern??

Then our new 45 degree Isosceles is the shape to use!

Its 45 degree angle in the tip means that it can be used in the classic Kaleidoscope pattern, where 8 Isosceles combine into a large Octagon shape.

We offer this Isosceles in several different sizes, and their size is measured on the LONG side as shown in the diagram.

• the 1.25" size tessellates with 1.25" 45 deg Diamonds and the 2.5" 45 deg Isosceles
• the 2.5" size tessellates with 2.5" 45 deg Diamonds, 1 & 3/8th" Half-Square Triangles, or you could use Squares (1 & 15/16th"), as shown in the example pictures.
• the 3" size tessellates with 3" 45 deg Diamonds
• the 5" size tessellates with the 2.5" size 45 deg Isosceles
