Postage and Delivery
We are trying to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible and revise the charges at regular intervals to ensure good value for money for our customers.
We normally aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of order receipt.
We currently post 3 times a week (on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). At exceptionally busy times, the processing of your order may take a little longer.
We do not make money on the shipping costs and always try to offer the cheapest/safest way of delivery. Should the actual shipping costs be significantly less than you were charged then we may refund the difference (this is done entirely at our discretion!).
All United Kingdom orders are usually shipped via 1st class Royal Mail Postal Service. UK orders qualifying for 'free shipping' will be posted 1st class unless they are 'parcels' (in which case they will be posted 2nd class).
The postage payable for UK orders will be added to your bill at the checkout as follows:

Sadly, we are no longer able to ship to countries in the EU following the latest EU regulatory requirements! We are extremely sorry about this and do apologize sincerely to our loyal EU customers! xxx
All orders to the rest of the world (excluding the EU) are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard Service. If the postage rate paid is sufficient we will use a tracked service where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping goods to some countries if we deem it to be unsafe or questionable whether the customer will actually receive the goods (even if the country is listed in our shipping details).
The postage payable for orders from the rest of the world will be added to your bill at the checkout as follows (zone explanation can be found below the table!):

World Zone 1 covers the Americas (excluding the USA) Africa, Middle and Far East countries including Japan.
World Zone 2 covers Australasian destinations.
World Zone 3 covers Canada only (we no longer ship to the USA, sorry!)
