Another classic is combining the 60˚ Diamonds are into 6-pointed stars for the ‘Hexagon Star’ pattern, or on a larger scale into a 6 Pointed ‘Lone Star’. Half-Hexagons can also be used as filling-in shapes to ‘square off’ a Hexagon pattern.
